Man, this poll doesn't allow many options... Adventure. The sense of discovery is one of the most enthralling elements of life. However, I also like: RPGs (Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Mario & Luigi) Racing (F-Zero, Mario Kart) Fighting (Street Fighter, Guilty Gear, Super Smash Bros.) Arcade Shooters (Jikkyou Oshaberi Parodius, Ikaruga) Arcade-style Action (Pacman, Donkey Kong, House of the Dead) Action (Contra, Viewtiful Joe, Metal Gear Solid, Mega Man X) Platformer (Mario, Kirby, Banjo-Kazooie, Mega Man) Alternative (Wario Ware, Katamari Damacy, Super Monkey Ball, DDR) But I dislike: FPS (Play one, played 'em all) Sports games (Madden is everywhere!! RUN!!) Also, I have no feelings regarding strategy games.

I buy any game that seems interesting to me. It doesn't matter what genre it is.

RPG's, fighting, Strategy(RTS or TBS), Racing and Puzzles are the types of games I love to buy. However, I also like to check out and be open to buy any other type of game available(whether new or old) based on my taste, too as Jason puts it. ^_^

It really depends on the game for me. Not the Genre. Although my favorite genre are RPGs, seeing as how they make up for the majority of my game playing time. (I have spent 7,000+ hours total playing them so far... Yes I add them up..)
My tastes include: Lost Magic Mario Kart Final Fantasy Pokemon Mario Platformers Animal Crossing Star Fox Zoo Keeper Mario & Luigi and a few others
As you can see... I have a mixed variety. The poll choices really suck.

Ditto. They don't even allow for me to choose Castlevania specifically! I tells ya one thing, when the Wii is released, Konami had better release all Castlevania games on that virtual console. Super Castlevania IV, Castlevania Bloodlines, Castlevania III, Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness.... Wait, I already own LoD on my original N64. My mistake.
