www.n-sider.com/newsview.php?type=story&storyid=2192[Multi] Video games lessen doctor errors during surgery 7:27 am - Glen Bayer | Link to Individual Story Reuters reports that a study conducted by Dr. James Rosser has found that surgeons who warmed-up for 20 minutes playing video games such as Super Monkey Ball before performing surgical drills were "faster and made fewer errors than those who did not." The study involved 303 surgeons. Those who played a video game before performing a laparoscopic surgical procedure completed an average of 11 seconds faster than those who didn't. In perhaps related news, Atlus will release its sequel to Trauma Center for the Nintendo Wii launch later this year. Titled Trauma Center: Second Opinion, the game places players in the role of a doctor, pushed into stressful medical situations where you must perform surgery and save the lives of your patients. news.com.com/Doctor%2C+did+you+warm+up+with+Grand+Theft+Auto/2100-1043_3-6076064.html

That's old, that is older than the issues with GTA... only it was a different article... still doesn't make me want to be a doctor... ohyea if you suck at Trauma Center, you shouldn't become a surgeon, lol.

And some people actually believe video games are a waste of time. Silly.

And some people actually believe video games are a waste of time. Silly. ...they take up my unused time.

Yeah. Would they rather we do stunts like in JackAss and hurt (or possibly kill) ourselves instead of playing Mario Kart in our living rooms? Digital violence is always better than real violence.

I prefer doing JackAss-esque stunts. Then you, sir, are a hopeless case.
