Here's a 3 page feature from "The Wiire" written by by Rob Galbreath talking about fanboyism and console wars and the fate of where they are going:www.thewiire.com/features/143/1/Retro_Rob_The_War_is_Over'I'm' just glad that I can be free to play 'any' consoles or handhelds I want despite the loyality people have over Sony, Nintendo or Microsoft.

Lol, it's funny seeing that all compiled into an article on the web. I am not a fanboy really, but I just like what I like. I don't defend it or attack it... although I prefer to keep things even.

Dude, so what if I'm a Nintendo fanboy? It doesn't mean I hate ALL other "not Nintendo" consoles. I own a frikkin PS2 for crying out loud, plus a few Sony-published games. I'm planning to pick up a 360 as well. I even have a few qualms with the Big N... Like its localizing. What the hell? I mean, it's like they're the ACLU of video games sometimes... I'm a fanboy, and that is no sin.

No one said anything about you being a fanboy or attacking your fanboyistic ideas or whatever. Sorry for saying, but it is because you sounded like you were on the defense.

I just blew up because I'm commonly picked on for being a fanboy... What with all these gaming mags making fun of fanboys... and then people I know keep poking at me...

I don't think fanboyism is a totally bad thing, infact it was good for keeping gaming companies afloat.
