After playing Xbox Live, here's what Wii needs for their online games and such. I love Xbox Live. It is really innovative, even though it's not the first internet service of a video game console. It's easy to use and hassle free... except for trying to cancel the account that is. After seeing all that it has to offer, I began to think of the Wii's online service and came up with a few ideas of my own.
If you have any ideas or anything, post them. I want to here what other people think.

Accounts
Accounts are what get us to do thing and show our individual online. Whether a game or a forum or whatever. I was thinking that there should be 2 accounts per person, with the Wii online service. The 2 accounts however are not the same type.
Account 1/ The Market Place Account: This account is used for buying and dowloading off the Wii serivce. This account name is made up of random letters ad numbers assigned to the user, free of charge. Nobody else ever sees the name of your account.
Account 2/ The Gaming Account: This account is what you use to play the games. The games all use this account, making it easier to add friends, unlike the WiFi friend codes on the DS service. You have your name which you create, but can never change, and you are given a login name, which nobody sees. This is free of charge, unless it's a massive game that takes place on a 3rd party server, ie and MMO game.
The Market Place
The market place is used for purchasing downloads (some freebies) and, well, downloading them. You can download demos, videos, game add-ons, old-school Nintendo games (1st part and 3rd party), and some original games made by either Nintendo or 3rd party developers. Instead of having cash transactions online, there are points or whatever.
The Playing Area
Lobby: This is where you pick the match you want to be in, unlike how you look for other players on the DS WiFi. You can also invite friends, and create your own match, ie be the host.
The Game: There are however many people playing the game with a set maximum, varying from game to game. Nothing really different here from any other games I guess, let's move on.
Connecting
This should also have something that allows you to hook up to the PC or a router that takes you to the service. Makes it alot easier than just connecting to WiFi, and also probably has less lag.
Awards
Kinda like achievements, but you get more. Besides doing certain things in a game to just get some overall points for your profile to show off how good you are, you also get freebies liek downloads, or free points or something.
