DO NOT Pre-Order from EB or Gamestop

I dunno why, but after having so much s*** happening with my pre-orders with either of these companies, why I would bother ever pre-ordering from the again.
Well I decided to go ahead and pre-order Enchanted Arms, for the Xbxo360 from them. Blah Blah Blah. I get 2 emails today saying that my pre-order was cancel, and I was wanred 48 hours ago to call to get things arranged. Well the email that was supposed to discuss this was sent at an earlier time today (August 11th). I siad no big deal no money was taken out. I had the correct info so I thought they didn't just verify my card at a valid time (lazy bastards). Anyways they won't accept orders from that card. It's a perfectly legit card. Has about $75 on it. No issues with it. Freaking sites won't accept my credit card anymore, so I call up and end up getting pissed with the customer support for he sounded like a pissant b***.
This reminds me of the time of my other pre-orders:
- Never got the call for when my game came in. $10 down the drain. (Warcraft III Expansion)
- My pre-order came in, and I went in that afternoon and they said it was there. (Poke'mon Yellow or Gold. Can't remember.)
- Sorry, we don't have record of your pre-order (FF Tactics Advance)

So this little sparkle of hope for an already s***y month died. I called the guy the "c" word on the phone. No, not crap, the other one that your mother would die from a heart attack if you say it. Great, cheers for the start of a s***y school year.

I preorder at Gamestop regularly, and they haven't given me trouble at all. I don't know why you keep getting shafted, though. So far, I have FFIII, Castlevania, Phantom Hourglass, and Starfox Command reserved there (All DS games), and I'm going to preorder the Wii there, too.

i dont preorder at all, mostly because im paranoid and am not sure if im ever going to get the game, so i save myself from insanity and buy the game when it comes out.
