I am going to host a CSS game server, but my internet is down on my desktop (only pc in the house that has enough power to host a game).

Look for CSS game servers called Agentsmithfragparty!!!!!

i dont know, i was looking up all of the free crap that Steam gave me, and I found a program called Source Dedicated Server, so i do think it is dedicated.

i will be back online (my desktop) in about 2 weeks or so.

I don't know how easy it is to keep up a dedicated server. It's not like just hosting your own game through Steam or whatever.

im not asking for help dude, im just saying that if anyone can play CSS, im going to start my own CSS server.

uh, it is actually hosting it though Steam.

Its probably been a while since you have been on steam, but there is a program that is Called, Steam Dedicated Server:Source

It is a dedicated server, but not in the sense of what I was thinking, as in it being one that you actually create yourself. You are making your's through Steam.

if you want to host a HL2:DM, CSS, or other steam programs, you have to use steam dedicated servers.
