So Lost Planet came out today. I grabbed a copy, because it was either this or Call of Dut 3 (USED). I have to say, that the game is even more entertaining than what the demo made me believe. It is sorta like a mash up of Dead Rising, Mechassault, and The Thing (movie & video game). It's pretty entertaining. I played the online mode first, which was pretty fun. I dominated most the time. I think I only lost 2 rounds. Anyways, this is a pretty fun game that Xbox360 owners should check out.

I was pretty excited about Lost Planet (it was fueling my increasing desire to pick up an Xbox360) but it got pretty mediocre reviews. Most people say its good, but more of a 30/40 dollar game than a 50 one. This is OK by me though, because it probably just means I will pick it up when I get my 360 after a price drop.

The game is pretty fun, but $60 seems a bit too much. The gameplay is solid, and the multiplayer is fun and fresh, however, the single player is short and the story is whack.

I played it last summer, it wasn't very bad at all. I probably wouldn't pay a lot of money in order to play it though.

Plus there are some good games for less than $60: - Projecy Gotham Racing 3 $30 - Kameo $30 - Dead or Alive 4 $40 - Call of Duty 2 $40 - Ghost Recon Advance Warfighter $40 - Ninety-Nine Nights $30 (Dynasty Warriors on Steroids) - Prey $30 - Quake 4 $30 - Perfect Dark Zero $30 (not a great game, but if you have money to burn and like Rare, and don't want the rest, go for it) - Chromehounds $40 |

Lost planet is a cool Me and Kevin already have it. Chris and John are planning on getting it. Zack, not sure what his thoughts are. Seriously, it's not a bad game, it's just not a game of the year type of game. |
