New The Elder Scrolls game soon to come?

After looking for a bit in some places, like magizines and the internet, ive come across something that interestest me instantly. I have found out that Bethesda and 2K games have been in the works for a new installment of TES, but what i found odd is that its not really a new game. Like other TES 4 expansion packs released like the newly released Knights of the Nine quest pack, and other things like new dungeons and castles, it can be downloaded thru Xbox live if you have a 360, or purchases in retail stores for the PC.
But unlike the other expansions, this update has a real title, The Elder Scrolls 4: Shivering Isles. Just from looking at previews of it, im definately going to be purchasing this one!

It is going to add lioke 30+ hours of gameplay.

And all expansion packs have a name. Just some downloads don't need a name, because they are small.

I mean a good name, the knights of the nine update was just called knights of the nine expansion, but this has an actual name to it. Besides, i was using that as an almost indirect like metaphor, as in this might mean something to most people.
