Note: This thread was originally on the E3 2004 Board.Developer Square Enix is set to debut a new DS game at E3. It will be in playable form: Square Enix has one game in the works for Nintendo's soon-to-be-unveiled DS handheld, president Yoichi Wada announced at the publisher's pre-E3 press conference today. While he would not identify the game in question, or indicate when it might be released (he noted that it would be unveiled before the system's launch, but did not call it a launch title specifically), Wada confirmed that the game will be playable on the E3 show floor once the event kicks off on Wednesday. Nintendo plans to give the DS a proper unveiling at its E3 press conference tomorrow morning, and Square Enix's game (whatever it might be) will likely be shown at the event in advance of its show floor appearance. Expect more details to go along with the rest of the news from Nintendo's conference.
