Unfortunately, due to complications and technical problems beyond my control, the 2004 RN Awards have to be cancelled. I really didn't want to do this, but I have no other choice. Thanks to everyone that voted... Next year, the awards will be much better. I apologize for the sudden cancellation of the awards. :-/
