RN revolution!!!! what the rn staff could do is create a board that is like off-topic, but not, like a News board or something, like if something happened in the world, like all of the sudden oil became a free product, then there could be a place to talk about that, but not random crap like having a poll on what you had for breakfast today, but something that matters, like current events. exactly. a serious board would be nice. now, i never started any of those retarded poll crap threads. that i can say im innocent in. cant say i helped RN by letting some of you know of this place, but I'm not the one who turned the boards to crap. anyways that is done, and it is a new RN. i think i might take writing back up as a hobby. hell, if you see something that i wrote as good, you might actually want me to help on articles... but i doubt that will ever happen. |

i cannot say that i am innocent, i have started atleast 2 of them, but they where cut off before they could become a major problem. but i was not the one who turned the boards to crap either, even though i have been blamed for it at times.
i think that the show off board should be brought back also. It was an innocent board caught in the crossfire.
I have mentioned this before (when i freaked out on ramen, the first time) that the new members did not post in anything but the Off topic board, and i said that something should be done, but no one listened to me, and look what happened, people got pissed, good people who had been here for years, and where chased away by new members who had attitudes and had nothing to contribute to the community.
If only one of the staff had taken my warnings seriously, this could have been prevented.

It's not that you werent taken seriosuly, its that nobody was taking action. The forums came to a crawl elsewhere, but OT was thriving in a pool of s***.

I know, but i warned them. I said that just about everyone is posting in the OT section, and i said that that was the host of the spamming, because people could say what ever they wanted to say. I believe i said once that for all of the people who spend most or all of their time in the OT board to either post elsewhere or get out of RN.

Welcome back, KOE.  As for the Off-Topic board, when it does come back, it definitely won't be as laid back. I have a feeling that it'll focus more on serious topics that don't relate to Nintendo, kind of like what Agent suggested. |

Oh yea, and show-off should only be of things you created. Artwork, sites, forums, etc... no showing off game collections or PC rigs.
