I picked out the best games fit for the Wii controller. Sorry if I left anything out. On the other hand, this could be the toughest decision ever... After voting, please name some ideas you can think of for the game's ability to take advantage of the Wii controller. MY VOTE: NiGHTS Into Dreams. Come on. This game was MEANT to be used with the Wii controller! The sensation of flight like never before, tilting the Wii controller to shift directions while flying through the sky... It's a dream come true, I tell ya.

I voted Jet Grind Radio baby! It is possible that we could get: - Guilty Gear (SEGA/Sammy) - Jet Grind Radio (SEGA) - NiGHTS into Dreams (SEGA) - Samba di Amigo (SEGA - think of the possibilities with the Wii controllers ^^)
The others don't seem logical, as much as I want them, the publishers published those games on other systems, and while they might consider the Wii, I wouldn't get my hopes up. Silent Hill would be awesome with the Wii controller. Resident Evil5 would be better though.

Umm.. why isn't there an 'All' option? Jet Grind Radio most though. That would be fun.

Or somebody who knows from experience that these can all work with the Wii, and they'd all be great ideas.
If I had to choose, Jet Grind Radio because it'd be fun to play and funnier to watch.

This isn't really about which game you would want to see on Wii... It' about which one you'd want to see FIRST. The reason why I put in all these franchises that could likely work with the controller was to see which one people would want to see on the system the soonest. But it seems everybody wants to shred a skateboard and paint graffiti before flying in a dream world.

Well, the NiGHTs chief DID leave Sonic Team not too long ago, and maybe the newbie leaders can't emulate what made it fun. I haven't actually played NiGHTs, but I did play a demo from Billy Hatcher and I saw some play videos, it looked real entertaining. Been trying to get a Saturn ever since.

na na na na na na na na KATAMARI DAMACY!
I think the Wii remote might make for good rolling controls. The controls on the PS2 were never that good, if you ask me. They got the job done and I had a lot of fun, but every once in a while my hands would get sore. I never really got the hang of them, either. It seems like I would get hung up sometimes, even in We <3 Katamari.
That said, I voted Silent Hill. Katamari is done for a while (if We <3 Katamari is to be believed), and I think this is a series that would be interesting on Wii. It reminds me of Eternal Darkness in that it's psychological as well as survival. I think the controller could make for some really creepy scenes (having to manually search through a dresser or something and finding weird stuff.. or something, I'm bad at ideas on the fly). There are some interesting applications that could be applied to combat and puzzle solving as well. I don't think we'll see the series on the Wii, but it has some potential. Heck, beats Necro-Nesia.

I would love to see Silent Hill come to the Wii. That would be so cool to be able to swing a lead pipe with the Wiimote.

Okami gets my vote. I haven't actually played it, but based on what I've read/seen, it seems like a perfect fit for the Wii. The in-game paintbrush could easily be controlled with the Wii-mote.

It could, yes. However, the game was made for PS2 and I think the controls work well for it. I'd rather it stay there than have half of its button functions outsourced to wonky motions with the Wii controller. The pointing would be good for Okami's brush, but the general play mechanics wouldn't benefit from the switch. It's like Zelda, the only benefit you get from Wii is enhanced aiming. The GCN controls still work like a charm, I imagine it'd be the same for Okami.
