am i the only one pissed off that you have to keep your wii remote staring at the tv? It makes me scared because i dont want to go rent a game and have to have the controller pointing at the t.v 100% of the time

Well, that's the gist of the Wii--the controller has to be facing the TV in order to interact with the game.

yeah but the mii games and other stuff like zelda you dont have too i meant you dont have to as in 24/7 like red steel

Actually, it needs to be within the field of the sensor bar. Plus, you HAVE to point the Wiimote directly at the screen in order to use the bow or slingshot.

This is pretty much how every FPS will work on Wii. Since the Wii Remote is being used for aiming, it has to be pointed at the sensor bar. I'm sure you can find a comfortable way of holding it, though. Rest the remote on your knee, maybe?
