So everybody, as we know most of the games out for the Wii out now are, umm... crap. Sad to say that it is an awesome system. We all have our little bouts of boredom in which our creative sides, if we have them, or our "wanty"-sides come out of us. What are some ideas or wants that you have for Wii games.
For the list, you could use any games that are out as ideas, but please let them be different, or improved to a point where they are nothing like the old idea.
As for me, I have a few ideas and wants of my own...
Pirates of the Caribbean - alright, so I love the pirates movie series, and am probably one of the few that really liked the 3rd movie, yet comprehend the flaws of the storyline and development. Anyways... the games out now based on the movies... kinda... errr suck... What I would like for this one is that it would have improved graphics. Game play that was actually more engaging, and your movements with the controller reflect that of the sword on screen. And well... maybe take the story back to pre-Curse of the Black Pearl and have more of that mess known as the story of At World's End taken care of as well while they are at it.
Golden Sun (Origins) - the Golden Sun series was an awesome series, however with it only being a 2-part series. It had good gameplay, fun dialog, and yada yada... a cool story, however cliche. I would really like for there to be a prequel to the series, in a time where alchemy was new to the world and very dangeros. Demons roamed freely and wreaked havoc, and alchemy was the thin line between life and the end of all life. (MUAHAHAHAHAHA). I can't see how motion controls would fit in, unless it was used for special combos and such... but I don't really know.
Deity - an idea I have based sorta like Black & White and various (Maxis) SIMS games (note - not THE SIMS). You are basically a god-like entity that is looking after a small village that eventually grows into a mega-metropolis (depending on your actions) You don't directly control people, but you can give advice to some and depending on what kind of advice it is, will either help or hurt the civilization in the long run. You can preform miracles and acts of divine intervention, or you could be the cause of major catastrophies and coul possibly destroy the civilization... but because we know some people want to play "bad-god", let's have it so that you can't completely destroy the civilization, infact if you do so much damage, you have a bar based on the size of the civilization, where if you destroy 2/3 of it, you lose your powers, and time goes by as the civilization grows, but not quiet real-time, but it grows, even if the system is off. Eventually you start to get your powers back so you can wreak havoc, and eventually you can destroy the civilization.
Quiet an ambitious game I would say, considering that not every civilization will be the same. Various architecture and tribes and yada yada.
That is all I have for now... and I really like my "Deity" idea, and I should hammer out the details more.
