I've got a little radio segment now (you can see in my sig) check it out  It works by a website and a simple program, overall you can stream whatever you want (sound/video/pictures) over the internet on your own channel, for anyone to connect to and view. ------- I was thinking RN could do this. For whatever video's we have, or random midi's, or whatever you want. Thoughts? |

Is it free? well if it is, why not, an interactive radio would attract more people, but it would take lots of effort.

Completly Free. Anyone can connect to the channel and stream what they want Some Badsides Theres no password Only one person can connect at a time Has to be live However to connect and stream your files you need to know the exact username. Do you use proboards |

Pretty much how I said. You use a streaming program (not hard to understand), get your files you want to stream over the internet, assign it to a server, and it will go online. The servers are completly free though, with no ads at all.

That's pretty cool. I'm not sure if I'll ever use it for RN, though. Some of the problems with the service (only one person can listen at a time, etc.) are pretty big setbacks.

Oops lol i kinda of mistyped that
anyone can listen to it, theres no limit to that... but only one person can connect to stream their files into the station at a time

Well if we did start this up then it would give us an excuse to advertises on official forums, it would be much more reasonable advertising a radio station rather than a different forum.

Podcasts are something that have been considered. There's a good chance that RN will eventually have one.
