I don't understand why. My parents think I'm a narcoleptic. >< Every day when I get off work, I go to sleep for hours. Even after I wake up, I'm too groggy and tired to do very much. When I wake up in the morning, I'm completely braindead for hours... Maybe I just need to change my sleeping schedules, but seriously, my sleeping habits has gotten very bad.

You on prescription pills? Stress? Too much sleep? I don't take medication of any kind. But stress and excitement might be two explainations.

Maybe you are just going against your body clock. When you take a nap it really affects your actual sleep time for the night. Sometimes you can sleep too much and it makes you groggy. Are you depressed? That should also be taken into consideration with your energy levels and your sleep.

Hmmm, I suppose that's a better explanation... I have been feeling useless and unnecessary as of late, so that might be a factor.

my advise to you is this: don't worry about being tired, relax and don't force yourself into many things you really don't want to do (obliviously do the things you need to do like work, but you know what I mean). Exercise would be good, but don't do it if you don't feel like doing it, just drags you down.
