Want both equally. Get an Xbox 360 first. However wait on the Wii. Probably til next year. This will be due to shortages of the systems when it is released, and next year there will be more Wiis available, more games out, and there won't be aby bugs (hopefully) after the 2nd wave of Wiis.

Definately Xbox360 cause it might be cheaper by the time the wii comes out, plus, there will be much more games out for it also!

Is this a Nintendo forum? Um, this isn't even debatable really. Buy a Wii. Metroid, Zelda and Mario (though at this time, that might be questionable) all at launch. One word: historic. What does the 360 have to offer? More of the same bs you've seen the past six years. Do yourself a favor, get a Wii and play with it long time. And Smith, you've got to be crazy if you think the 360 will be cheaper. It's $400 and Microsoft says they won't have a price drop. Anyone that spends $400 on a 360 right now is crazy. CRAZY!

Well this is a Nintendo forum, but this is the general gaming. Besides, if you have GC, DS, GBA, N64, GB, GBC, NES, or SNES, then it's alright to be here. XD

Lets see, I had a SNES, GBC (broke it in a subway) N64, Still have a GBA and a GBA:SP, and the GC! So im pretty close to owning all of the systems.
Back to the topic!
I think that you should get a x360 first, then, when they come out with more games for it, get the wii, cause its already pretty cheap, so why not?!

Funny that you say that Mario , Zelda, and Metroid releases are historic, and follow that up by saying the Xbox has the same bs I've seen for the past 6 years. Mario, Zelda, and Metroid are the same bs I've seen since I was 4. 3D Mario and 3D Zelda games since the 64 and Metroid Prime was released how long ago?

Why cant anyone just say the full name?! (its Agent Smith!) When you call me Smith, its insulting. Also, I might be crazy, but I think that if you have a choice of game systems, go with the one that has been out there longer, so the new one gets aquainted with its "environment". Also, waiting for the Wii might be benificiary to you, so it'l give Nintendo time to fix any bugs or glitches in the system, or just wait till more games come out.
